End-of-Warranty Inspection in Oregon
Your factory warranty is about to expire — and whatever breaks the day after is on you. An End-of-Warranty Inspection catches every problem while the warranty still pays for the repair. We come to you, document everything claimable, and hand you a report you can take straight to the dealer.

Why timing matters
Most factory warranties end at 3 years / 36,000 miles (basic) or 5 years / 60,000 miles (powertrain), and CPO coverage has its own terms. Once coverage lapses, a defect that would have been a free dealer repair becomes your bill. Book the inspection 30–60 days before your expiry date or mileage limit so there’s time to get covered repairs scheduled. Not sure when yours ends? Check your in-service date — or book and we’ll help you work it out.
What we check
A complete inspection, documented claim-ready: engine and drivetrain, leaks of any kind, suspension and steering, brakes, electrical and electronics, HVAC, and a full diagnostic scan — plus the known trouble spots for your make and model. Every finding is photographed, and covered items are documented in the detail a warranty claim needs.

What you get
A written report, typically delivered in less than 24 hours, listing every defect found and flagging which ones should be warranty-claimable — so your dealer visit is one trip with paperwork in hand, not an argument. Flat rate: $219.99. Standard travel policy applies (first 15 miles from Eugene free, then $1/mile one-way, capped at $125).
Honest limits
We document defects; the dealer and manufacturer decide what the warranty covers. We can’t guarantee a claim will be approved — but a problem that isn’t documented before expiry has no chance at all.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be present during the inspection?
No — most customers aren’t. You’ll get the full photo-documented report, and Josh can walk through the findings with you by phone afterward.
What should I have ready?
Your warranty paperwork if you have it, and your in-service date if you know it. If you don’t, book anyway — the inspection itself is the important part.
My warranty already expired last month. Is it too late?
For factory coverage, usually yes — but an inspection still tells you exactly what the car needs and what it should cost. Call (541) 357-8066 and we’ll talk through your options.
